Opeyemi A. Falebita, M.D., M.R.C.S., M.Med.Sci.(Hons)

Dr. Falebita graduated from Medical School in 1995. Post-graduation, he underwent training in General Surgery and Urology during which he obtained a Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS). In his quest for academic excellence, Dr. Falebita continued on with his education to earn a Masters in Medical Science with honors (MMedSci.).

Dr. Falebita completed a Family Medicine residency in 2012 at Howard University Hospital in Washington DC. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, holds an active Texas license, and is affiliated with numerous hospitals, including Christus Santa Rosa Hospital.

Dr. Falebita has published in peer reviewed journals and has received numerous honors and awards including the following:

  • 2012 Outstanding Resident of the year, HUHMA first place award, Howard University Hospital.
  • 2012 Resident of the year, Family Medicine residency program, Howard University Hospital.
  • 2011 Resident of the year, Family Medicine residency program, Howard University Hospital.
  • 2011 Resident forum award for outstanding presentation, Family Medicine section, NMA.

  • 2010 Intern of the year, Family Medicine residency program, Howard University Hospital.
  • 2010 Certificate of achievement for scholarly activity, Howard University Hospital.
  • 2003 Best Candidate, Part 1 Fellowship, Faculty of Surgery, West African College of Surgeons.
  • 1995 Professor Adeoye Lambo prize, Best student in Neuropsychiatry.
  • 1990 University Undergraduate Scholar.

Oluwatoyin T. Falebita, M.D

Dr. Toyin Falebita graduated from Medical School in 2000. Post-graduation, she underwent training in General Psychiatry during which she obtained a diploma in Clinical Psychiatry in 2005. In 2008, she obtained a diploma in Women’s Health. To further widen her expertise, she obtained a Clinical Research certification with Krieger International in 2011.

Dr. Toyin Falebita completed a Family Medicine Residency in 2015 at Howard University Hospital in Washington DC. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and holds an active Texas license.

Dr Toyin Falebita brings diverse clinical expertise, experience, compassion, and excellent clinical skills to our practice.
